Recently, a consumer posted a video saying that clear water was poured out of a 'Ma Sansan' pure milk carton, drawing attention. The company involved is Xinjiang Ma Sansan Jiangchun Dairy Co., Ltd., and the product is '马三三' pure milk. The investigation is ongoing.
In response, Xinjiang Ma Sansan Jiangchun Dairy Co., Ltd. issued a statement saying that during daily equipment calibration, purified water was filled into packaging to test seal integrity and print alignment, and due to a sorting error by a worker, the test sample was mistakenly mixed into finished products. This is the company's own account and awaits verification by regulators.
The Changji City Market Supervision Administration has set up an investigation team, stationed at the company for a full investigation, and will handle the matter in accordance with laws and regulations. Updates will be released to the public in a timely manner, the regulator said.
The regulator reminded consumers who hold the same product to properly keep the product and purchase receipts. As investigation conclusions have not been released, consumers are advised to follow official updates and retain purchase receipts for any rights protection needs.
