UK recall covers four filled wraps over possible STEC contamination

The UK FSA reports that Summit Foods is recalling four filled wraps, covering all use-by dates up to and including September 5, 2026.

The UK Food Standards Agency issued FSA-PRIN-40-2026 after Summit Foods recalled four filled wraps because of possible Shiga toxin-producing E. coli contamination.

The products are Snacksters Chicken Fajita Wrap, Snacksters Hoi Sin Wrap, East Street Deli Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap and Target a Snack Chicken Fajita Wrap. The notice covers all use-by dates up to and including September 5, 2026.

Consumers who bought an affected product are advised not to eat it, to dispose of it and to follow the notice instructions for a refund. Both the product name and use-by date should be checked.
